Regional Sales Operation Manager

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

The role supports functions essential to Sales Force Effectiveness. This includes overseeing the region/areas’ sales target planning, review of how we cover the market, sales process optimization, and ensuring a consistent and high data quality in our sales data; collaborates with Regional Products Heads and Vertical Heads to provide sales pipeline/SFDC insights; coordinates with Areas onboarding CEN & REG Sales initiatives.

  1. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, to allow Sales Representatives to focus on persuading clients
  2. Assists Product Managers on connecting the pipeline opportunities with Maersk solution offering 
  3. Assists Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks that reduce our sales force’s effect in the marketplace
  4. Supports areas on Sales Channel review, portfolio design and the equitable assignment of sales force targets

  1. Load and unload freight as directed by shift supervisor and/or Lead
  2. Maintain an acceptable level of productivity
  3. Verify shipping documents, shipping labels, and purchase orders

  8. Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
  9. Ensure Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce.com) are updated on time and with high-quality data.
