market. Most of them don’t work. Some of them make you feel worse than when you started.
So why do so many people want to lose weight? Why do they try so hard to get there?
Well, I have been overweight for years. I was told that I would never be able to lose weight. I
was told that I had to change my eating habits and start exercising. I was told that I needed
to stop drinking sodas and eat more fruits and vegetables. Well, I tried it all and nothing
worked. Then one day I decided to start reading articles about weight loss. It wasn’t long
before I found out that the problem wasn’t with what I was eating or not eating. The problem
was that I wasn’t drinking enough water.

Drinking water will help you lose weight. Water helps flush your system of toxins. It also
helps regulate your metabolism. Drinking water will also help you feel fuller longer which
means you will eat less. You will find that you will eat healthier because you will be drinking
How much water should you drink?
It depends on how active you are and how often you eat. A good rule of thumb is to drink
half your body weight in ounces of water per day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds,
you should drink 75 ounces of water per day.
Now, I know what you’re thinking. How can I possibly drink that much water. The first thing
you need to do is get an accurate measuring cup. This isn’t as difficult as you might think.
You just have to measure the amount of water you drink each day. Then divide that number
by two. That is how many ounces you should be drinking. If you want to lose weight, then
you need to increase your water intake.
